F E A S T E D’s Chef’s Table is thrilled to announce the launch of its winter menu “Box of Delights” starting on Friday November 1st. This new seasonal menu is an immersive 9 course dining experience that celebrates winter traditions, flavours, and festive spirit through creative, locally inspired dishes.
Chef Cris Cohen and his team have curated a menu that reflects the changing season, engaging with the cold months ahead while celebrating sustainability and innovation. Drawing from winter’s bounty, this intimate dining journey will transport guests through stories of light, warmth, and tradition.
Dishes from the menu include ‘Feast of Yule’ featuring an acorn pastry with acorn squash, symbolising rebirth and the warmth of community as the year turns toward new light. ‘Winter Solstice’ captures the purity and crispness of the season with a dish of turnip ravioli, turnip and sake veloute, with ‘Preparations for the Winter Months’ perfect for those craving the comforts of European winter markets, featuring game & barley smoked sausage for a rich, hearty course that celebrates preservation and seasonal abundance.
This winter menu, running through the festive season, promises a sensory journey through the stories and flavours of winter. Diners will experience nine-course dinner and five-course lunch options, with only 10 seats at one table per sitting.
