Staffordshire employers encouraged to complete LSIP survey

Over the last three years, Local Skills improvement Plan (LSIP) has been working in collaboration with businesses throughout the county, to review the needs locally to improve the skills gaps in the region. This has been really successful, and many changes have started to be implemented.

The Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Skills Hub want to hear from:

  • Companies who invest and develop their staff
  • Employers who are unsure how to navigate the skills system
  • Businesses who struggle to find the right training for their needs

Local Skills Improvement Plan Survey 2025

All the information gathered will be used to help develop the next stage of change. Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a draw to win a £100 voucher.

Suzanne Quinn, Project Manager at Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce said:

Skills for the future is so important, but to plan and prepare, businesses need to speak up on what they need, what is missing and what their frustrations are with the current system. Training can be adapted to suit your needs, but only if we can hear from you.

“This survey is your opportunity to help the skills for the future.”
