Staffordshire Day 2026: Tenth Anniversary Celebrations
Staffordshire Day is an annual celebration of everything that makes Staffordshire special. Held each year on 1 May, it encourages residents, businesses, communities and organisations to come together to celebrate the county’s pride, heritage, culture, creativity and innovation. This year marks Staffordshire Day's 10th anniversary and we've celebrated in style!

Staffordshire Day House of Commons Celebration
Our visit to the House of Commons celebrated the county’s pride, creativity and innovation, bringing together businesses of all sizes to showcase Staffordshire’s identity, heritage and global impact.
A Staffordshire Marketplace highlighted the breadth of our economy, from advanced manufacturing and research to food, drink, culture and tourism.
The event also featured three roundtable discussions focused on strengthening pride of place and economic growth, the importance of skills and learning to productivity, and the launch of an ‘interview promise’ to support care‑experienced young people into employment.
