UKREiiF is a three‑day national forum focused on real estate, investment, and infrastructure. It connects investors, developers, local authorities, occupiers, and industry leaders to drive sustainable, inclusive, and transformational investment and regeneration across the UK.
The event aims to:
- Accelerate investment into UK regions
- Support regeneration and development
- Facilitate collaboration between public and private sectors
It is a golden opportunity for our leaders and senior officers in Staffordshire to meet with and promote our investment proposition to key investors, developers and businesses and to further core priorities for Staffordshire County Council, supporting our economy to grow, creating more jobs and lifelong learning opportunities for Staffordshire people.
In 2026 seven District & Borough Councils and the City of Stoke-on-Trent are coming together under the We Are Staffordshire banner, proving the strength of a joint approach to investment for the County.
We would like to thank our UKREiiF 2026 partners and sponsors, who are critical to Staffordshire’s programme of activity and ambition to secure future investment into the county – the beating heart of the country.
