Could you become a Climate Ambassador for Staffordshire?

The Climate Ambassadors scheme is a DfE funded project in association with the University of Reading, EAUC and STEM Learning, and in partnership with our Patrons Keele University as the West Midlands regional hub.

The scheme mobilises and supports educational settings from Early Years to colleges in England to act on climate change with the help of skilled volunteers. Climate Ambassadors from across the private, public, university and charity sectors provide settings with free, tailored guidance to progress their climate action plans, wherever they are on their sustainability journey.

The programme is looking to recruit Climate Ambassadors from a range of backgrounds who can volunteer a minimum of one day per year spread over a range of activities to support education settings with climate action planning.

To get involved as an ambassador or as a setting, please contact climate-ambassadors.wm@keele.ac.uk.
