Explore, learn and grow at new ‘Walk and Talk’ events

Join one of two half-day “Walk and Talk” events taking place at the National Memorial Arboretum and experience a unique opportunity to explore, learn, and grow.

The two morning events will be hosted by Colin Mobey and David Howell on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st March from 10 am until 1pm.

Colin’s coaching approach focuses on creating a shared space where tensions are addressed constructively, guiding individuals to make healthier and more sustainable choices. His open and exploratory style fosters a safe environment for personal growth and self-discovery.

David’s journey with the National Memorial Arboretum spans decades, deeply intertwining his personal and professional experiences. His passion for human factors and Crew Resource Management (CRM) has led him to pioneer training efforts internationally. Now, through Able and Rush (People Solutions) Ltd, he combines psychometrics with personal growth, aligning with the NMA’s legacy of honouring people.

David said: “Colin and I are looking to bring our expertise in coaching, mentoring, and leadership to create a truly transformative experience. Attendees will be able to immerse themselves in the inspiring outdoor environment, known to boost creativity and productivity.”
