Final Opportunity to Experience Chef’s Table by FEASTED at Spode

FEASTED’s renowned Chef’s Table, led by the visionary Chef Cris Cohen, will soon be closing its doors, with the final service set for October 19, 2024. After nearly two years of offering a unique, intimate dining experience at Spode, this beloved culinary destination is inviting guests for one last chance to experience its magic.

In a heartfelt announcement on social media, Cris shared “Welcome to Spode, the home of our Chef’s Table, here in the heart of Stoke, the place where we’ve been inviting guests for nearly two years—nine courses, just 10 seats, an incredible dining experience. But I’m here to tell you that very soon, this will be no more. Chef’s Table is coming to an end on the 19th of October, a place of deliciousness, a place where stories have emerged, a place where ambition and flavour unrivaled has been found.”

Since its inception in October 2022, Chef’s Table by FEASTED has become synonymous with culinary innovation and excellence. The current “Neu Folk” menu, a testament to Head Chef, Alex Norcops ability to blend traditional flavours with modern techniques, will run until September 7 2024. Following this, a final menu will be introduced, leading up to the closing date in October.

Cris continued, “This is your last chance to come and dine with us, to sample these incredible dishes, share the stories, and share the flavours of what is to come.”

Chef’s Table has not only delighted diners but also played a pivotal role in shaping the gastronomic identity of Stoke-on-Trent, the wider FEASTED team deliver training and career opportunities for emerging culinary talents, all while developing a distinctive flavour profile that reflects the city’s rich culinary heritage.

With just a few weeks remaining, there is a strong sense of urgency for food lovers to secure their spot at this exceptional dining experience. Reservations are expected to fill quickly as the final date approaches, and guests are encouraged to book now to avoid disappointment.
