Get in touch Ambassador Toolkit

If you go down to Lower Drayton Farm in half term, you’re in for a BIG surprise!

Families looking for a fun day out over May half term will be in for a treat if they head to award-winning PLAY@ Lower Drayton Farm – as they’ll find a brand-new Teddy Bears’ Tea Party event included in the ticket price!

Youngsters are encouraged to take their favourite cuddly toy along when they visit, to join in with an immersive role-play event that will spark and delight little imaginations. From loading their teddy’s picnic basket with toy food to pouring make-believe drinks, sharing a ‘picnic’ with their bear and enjoying snuggly story time before enjoying some teddy-themed crafts, little ones will be encouraged to make believe their own magical teddy bear adventure.

And the fun doesn’t end there – families will also get to explore all the other adventure the farm has to offer, including massive indoor playbarns, acres of outdoor play, large and small animal zones, animal talks and interactions – including a live reptile show – fun penalty shoot-out on the sports pitch and the legendary farm trailer ride. Farmer Richard Bower says:

“We always try to offer something new for visitors throughout the year – like our Lambs & Ewe event in winter,  Dino Egg Hatchery at Easter and our summer Dino Discovery Maize Maze. The Teddy Bears’ Tea Party at May half term is a new addition to the calendar and is designed to encourage imaginative play. It’s also a great opportunity for those who made their own teddies as part of our festive Jingle Ville event to bring their toys back to the farm and celebrate with us. We can’t wait to see the looks on little faces when they see our magical tea party room!”

The Teddy Bears’ Tea Party event will run from Friday 24th May through to Monday 3rd June at Lower Drayton Farm, Penkridge and is included in admission to the PLAY@ farm attraction (toddler sessions will run on Monday 20th and Friday 24th May).
