Jazz & Blues Festival Comes to Newcastle-under-Lyme

Newcastle-under-Lyme welcomes the annual Jazz & Blues Festival to the town centre for its 17th year this summer over the weekend of 26/27/28th of July.

  • 25 local venues involved in the celebrations including Castletown Distillery, Ten Green Bottles, The Crossways and Artisan Tap
  • More than 55 live music artists
  • 65+ gigs across the three day celebration

Organised by Newcastle-under-Lyme BID, the Jazz & Blues Festival is set to bring additional footfall into the town centre to support local businesses, as well as helping to grow the already vibrant local music and live performance scene.

BID Manager Charl Pearce says: “We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Newcastle-under-Lyme Jazz & Blues Festival.  The festival always makes for a great weekend and is popular amongst the public as well as the hospitality venues in the town.’

Sophie Wagstaff, General Manager at The Clubhouse says: “It was great to be involved in the return of the Jazz & Blues Festival last year. We had five fantastic bands on across the weekend and the atmosphere was fantastic!   We can’t wait to be a venue again for this year’s Jazz & Blues, it’s going to be bigger and better!”
