Recruitment Robin Partners with NSCG T-Level Programme to Champion the Workforce of the Future
Recruitment Robin, a recruitment agency in the Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme area, is excited to announce its partnership with Newcastle Under Lyme College’s T-Level programme. Together, both organisations are helping pave the way for the workforce of the future by providing valuable opportunities for T-Level students to gain real-world experience and kickstart their careers.
T-Levels are technical qualifications designed to give students the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a specific industry and are the equivalent of 3 A Levels. These courses combine classroom learning with hands-on experience, ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of the workplace upon completion of their studies.

One such T-Level student making waves at Recruitment Robin is Millie. Engaged by Selina, Millie has quickly become an integral part of the team, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
“Working at Recruitment Robin has been an incredible experience,” said Millie. “I’ve had the opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop new skills like administration making presentations at a local business networking group and creating visuals for social media using graphic design software. NSCG will be hosting two events across both Newcastle and Stafford campuses, the first getting underway on Tuesday 23rd April at Newcastle-under-Lyme College and followed by a second event at the Stafford Campus on Monday 29th April.
During both events, the NSCG T-Levels team will be on hand to talk to employers about the benefits of offering an extended work placement to their talented and enthusiastic learners. There will also be the opportunity to network over refreshments with local employers already involved in our placement programme,
