Roundtable discusses investment potential in Staffordshire

We Are Staffordshire recently partnered with Insider Media to host a round table in Birmingham, chaired by our Place Board Deputy Chair and Staffordshire County Council Deputy Leader, Philip White.

The discussion showcased why Staffordshire is a great place to invest, the role of its world-class universities and how investors can make the most of lower costs compared to other parts of the Midlands and country.

Key representatives from the property and development sector attended and included Fisher German, Homes England, St Modwen, Oxford Properties and more.

The discussion looked at the opportunities provided by major projects, such as the £500m Stafford Station Gateway, Stafford College’s new £21m campus and the town’s HS2 interchange, as well as multi-million-pound redevelopment schemes in Burton Upon Trent, Tamworth and Lichfield.

Coverage of the roundtable will be published in the August edition of Insider, the Midlands’ leading business magazine, with a monthly readership of 41,000.
