Staffordshire-based Professionals achieve master’s level qualifications

Burton-upon-Trent-based SME, AI Global Media, is proud to celebrate the achievements of two valued members of its management team, both of whom have recently completed the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, both earning a Distinction.

Laura O’Carroll joined AI Global Media in 2014, when the company was still in its early stages of growth. Beginning her career within the features team, Laura quickly progressed into an assistant management role before taking on the position of Awards Manager seven years ago. Having previously completed a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management with the Institute of Leadership & Management, Laura has now further enhanced her professional credentials by achieving a Distinction in her Level 7 qualification with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Known for her commitment to continuous learning and professional development, Laura consistently brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to her role and is instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and success over recent years.

Patrick Doherty became part of the AI Global Media team in 2017 as a Digital Marketing Executive and progressed to a management position in 2020. Alongside his recent Level 7 qualification with the CMI, Patrick has also completed a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing through the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Throughout his career with the company, Patrick has successfully delivered a number of significant projects, including the development of the organisation’s annual strategic marketing plan. He has overseen web design and development across AI Global Media’s portfolio of 13 websites and has worked collaboratively with multiple departments to enhance customer experience and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
