Stone Food & Drink Festival 2026: A feast for ALL the senses…

Staffordshire’s much-loved gastronomic gathering returns in style this spring, as the Stone Food & Drink Festival celebrates its 21st year with an irresistible three-day showcase of flavour, flair and feel-good festival vibes. Taking over Westbridge Park from 8–10 May 2026, this year’s event promises more of everything visitors love—plus some exciting new additions.

From big-name chefs and buzzing live music to street food sensations, artisan producers and family-friendly fun, it’s a weekend designed to be savoured.

Star power in the kitchen
Food lovers are in for a treat as a stellar line-up of celebrity chefs and top local talent takes to the stage across the weekend. Expect inspiring demonstrations, expert tips and plenty of culinary charisma from familiar faces including Great British Bake Off favourite Nelly Ghaffar, and award-winning chocolatier Paul A Young on Saturday, with ITV This Morning baking expert Juliet Sear headlining Sunday.

Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just love watching the magic unfold, the cookery theatre is always a festival highlight—offering insight, entertainment and plenty of “I’ll try that at home” moments. The Talks & Tastings Tent, meanwhile, is set to be a hub of interactive foodie fun, with everything from cocktail masterclasses and cake tastings to quirky biscuit dunking competitions and expert-led beer tastings.

Great live music – and a silent disco!
As the sun sets, the festival soundtrack comes alive. The main stage will host a packed programme of live music, with headline acts supported by an eclectic mix of talented bands and performers throughout the weekend. The main stage will be headlined by crowd-pleasers Sonic Boom Band on Friday, high-energy dance favourites House Jammerz on Saturday, and the ever-popular The Lack of Commitments bringing the weekend to a rousing close on Sunday.

New for 2026, the acoustic stage brings a more laid-back vibe—perfect for those looking to unwind with a drink in hand while discovering emerging artists and stripped-back sets. And for those who like to dance from day into evening, a new Silent Disco allows festivalgoers can choose their soundtrack.

Street Food heaven & gourmet finds
Follow your nose and you’ll discover a world of incredible street food, with traders serving up flavours from across the globe. From indulgent comfort food to vibrant international dishes, the street food village is a feast in itself.

Whether you’re craving something savoury, sweet or a little bit of both, there’s something to tempt every appetite—perfect for grazing your way around the festival.

Beyond the hot food, the festival is a paradise for foodies looking to shop, sample and discover. Carefully curated stalls will be brimming with high-quality artisan produce—from cheeses, pies and charcuterie to handmade cakes, preserves, pickles and more. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet the makers, uncover new favourites and take a taste of the festival home with you.

Put your best bake forward!
Back by popular demand, the Great Stone Bake Off invites budding bakers of all ages to get involved. Free to enter with a festival ticket, participants can bring along their best bake and compete in daily heats, with expert judges—including Nelly Ghaffar on Saturday—crowning standout creations. With 2027 festival tickets up for grabs and a grand champion announced on Sunday, it’s a fun, inclusive celebration of baking talent and creativity.

Fun for the whole family
The festival isn’t just for food lovers—it’s a fantastic day out for families too. Highlights include a Panic Family Circus shows and skills workshops in the Big Top, a fun Kids’ Disco on Friday after school, free children’s cookery classes on Saturday and Sunday, hands-on craft and sensory activities, and a Farm to Fork area designed to inspire young minds.
