Stone Food & Drink Festival unveils exclusive H I D D E N dining experience
Stone Food & Drink Festival 2026 is set to deliver its most immersive food experience yet, with the introduction of an exclusive pop-up restaurant from award-winning Stoke-on-Trent chef Cris Cohen.
Taking place across the festival weekend — Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May — Cris will bring his acclaimed H I D D E N dining concept to a secret location within the festival site, offering guests a unique opportunity to step away from the crowds and into a truly memorable culinary experience.
Known for turning meals into stories, Cris Cohen creates thoughtful, theatrical and deeply human dining events. Through concepts such as F E A S T E D and H I D D E N, he invites guests to slow down, connect and savour every moment — with each dish carefully crafted to have meaning.
Diners can expect a five-course seasonal menu, created exclusively for the event and never to be repeated. Each sitting will last approximately two hours, including arrival drinks, with an optional wine pairing available. With just 26 seats per sitting, this is set to be one of the most sought-after experiences of the weekend.
Festival director, Ed Stant, said:
“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Cris Cohen and his H I D D E N experience to the festival. This is something really special — an intimate, immersive dining journey that perfectly complements everything people love about Stone Food & Drink Festival, while offering something completely new.”
All diners will also require a valid entry ticket to Stone Food & Drink Festival 2026 on the day of their booking.
