Tourism Awards are back for 2023 and the hunt is on to find Staffordshire’s best tourism businesses!

Congratulations to Alton Towers on scooping the Silver Accessible and Inclusive Award at the Visit England awards ceremony last week. They were rewarded for their creative and innovative ideas in this category.

The only route to the national awards is through Staffordshire’s very own Tourism Awards.  At this year’s ceremony, held in March, Alton Towers were Gold winners in this category.

Now the Tourism & Good Food Awards are back for 2022/23 and are open for entries!  While there’s still lots of time to enter, businesses are being urged to get their applications in so that our wonderful tourism and hospitality sector can be celebrated once again and thanked for the huge contribution they make to our local economy.

A full list of last years winners can be found here.

Entries for the 2023 awards need to be submitted by Friday 30th September 2022 and this competition is one of 23 affiliated to VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2023 and that important route to the national stage for Staffordshire businesses.

Find out more information about entering the awards.
