UKREiiF 2025 – round up

Last week, the We Are Staffordshire delegation of partners and ambassadors collectively took our county and city to market at UKREiiF – the UK’s leading Real Estate, Investment and Infrastructure Forum 2025, which takes place annually in Leeds and attracts 15,000 delegates nationally, including developers, investors and key government departments.

Our largest presence yet, We Are Staffordshire and its partners delivered four packed-out fringe events across the three day expo, including:

• The launch of Invest Staffordshire, our new investment service for Staffordshire
• ‘Skills for Growth’ roundtable, exploring how partnership working and investment in skills can deliver significant economic returns for the region
• Our ever popular ‘Welcome to Staffordshire’ stand receptions, which showcase the amazing array of produce that we produce and export in Staffordshire, from Titanic and Freedom Beer from Best of British Beer, Nelson’s Gin to Halfpenny Wine and Just Crisps
• The launch of The Central Edge, a significant growth corridor identified and brought forward as a joint collaboration between the City of Wolverhampton Council, South Staffordshire Council and Staffordshire County Council
• A roundtable with key business and local authority leaders exploring next steps for Fifty500, and how we ensure our call for investment receives national traction
