Don’t paws too long… sponsorship spots on the Staffy Trail are going fast

Businesses interested in reaching thousands of local people and visitors through the Staffy Trail have just days to reserve their slot.

Final bookings for purchase, sponsorship or part sponsorship of one of ten unique 5ft, 3D Staffy sculptures need to be made by 13th March at the latest.

But it’s first come first served, with many of the sponsorship opportunities already snapped up by local and regional businesses.

The Staffy Trail, an art installation running across Stoke-on-Trent, Tamworth, Stafford and Lichfield will be launched on Staffordshire Day (1st May) and is an interactive walking trail. All supported by a digital app and paper map, thousands of locals and visitors are expected to discover unique places, stories and businesses on the way to finding the uniquely design Staffy sculptures.

The Staffy Trail forms part of the 10th anniversary of Staffordshire Day, which has previously generated millions in extra economic activity.

It will be in place for at least ten weeks from Staffordshire Day on 1 May 2026, with potential to extend into the summer depending on demand.

Sponsorship opportunities range from £0:

  • £0 – Offer discounts, tickets or some sort of rewards. Visitors on the trail will download them when they reach a Staffy sculpture.
  • £100 – Just two spots left to secure a A6 display advertising space on the trail map that will be printed 25,000 times
  • £100 – Perfect if you’re in Stoke, Tamworth or Stafford town centres. Get your logo and offer displayed in real time as visitors on the trail walk close to your business.
